Accessibility statement
Our approach to making this website usable for everyone.

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find jobs, request talent and learn about our services, including people who use assistive technologies. This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Accessibility features
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, landmarks and a “skip to main content” link on every page.
- All functionality, including menus, dropdowns, tabs, accordions, filters and dialogs, can be operated with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Dialogs keep focus inside while open, close with the Escape key and return focus to the control that opened them.
- Form fields have visible labels. Errors are described in text next to each field, linked programmatically and summarised at the top of the form.
- Search results, filter changes and form outcomes are announced to screen readers.
- Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA colour-contrast ratios.
- Images have descriptive alternative text, and decorative icons are hidden from assistive technologies.
- Animations are subtle and respect the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system.
- Layouts adapt to small screens and to text zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
Known limitations
- Job listings, course details and articles need JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled, these sections show alternative links, but cannot be browsed in full.
Feedback and help
If you find something difficult to use, please tell us through the contact form or by email at hello@sparkhire.example, describing the page and the problem. We will help you access the information in another way, for example by phone.
Reasonable adjustments in recruitment
Candidates can request adjustments at any stage of the hiring process, for example extra time for assessments, accessible interview formats or materials in alternative formats. Training participants can request similar support when enrolling.
