Privacy notice
How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the choices you have.
Last updated:
SparkHire Consultants (“we”, “us”) provides recruitment, staffing, payroll and training services in India. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you use this website or our services, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us through our forms: for example your name, email address, phone number, city, work experience, notice period, salary expectations, LinkedIn profile and any message you write. Employers also share company and hiring details.
- Information shared during recruitment, such as your CV, interview feedback and references, when you choose to share them with a recruiter.
- Employer accounts: if you register a company to post jobs, we store your company details, your name, work email, mobile number and an encrypted password, and the jobs you post, to run your account and review your listings.
- CV Analyser uploads: when you use the CV Analyser, your file is read once to calculate a score and then deleted straight away. We do not store your CV or its contents; we keep only the job description you chose, the score and the file type, without your name or contact details.
- Technical information that our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the website running.
Please do not send sensitive information such as Aadhaar, PAN or bank details through website forms. If we need such information later (for example for payroll or background verification), we will ask for it through a secure process and explain why.
2. How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry, callback request or course enrolment request;
- to assess your application and match you with suitable roles;
- to provide recruitment, staffing, payroll and training services to our clients;
- to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations;
- to keep this website secure and working properly.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, or where it is otherwise permitted by law.
3. When we share information
- With employers: we share a candidate’s profile with a prospective employer only after discussing the role with the candidate and obtaining their permission.
- With service providers who help us operate, such as email, hosting, form-handling and background-verification providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Candidate profiles are reviewed periodically, and we delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance. To make a request, email hello@sparkhire.example. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to this website and access controls on our systems.
7. Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
