Recruitment fraud is common in India. Our guidelines protect candidates, which is why genuine candidates trust and apply to the jobs on SparkHire.

- Each job shows the real employer, location and a salary range.
- Candidates are never asked to pay for applications, training, kits or interviews.
- No commission-only, multi-level marketing or work-from-home schemes that need an upfront payment.
- Job details are accurate and the role is closed once it’s filled.
- Candidate details shared with you are used only for this hiring process.

Good to know before you register.
Yes. Registering your company, posting jobs and receiving applications through the job board are free. Fees apply only if you separately ask us to run recruitment for you (for example, permanent recruitment on a success fee), and only under a written agreement.
Our team reviews every new job, usually within one working day. If something needs changing, such as a missing salary range or an unclear location, we’ll tell you exactly what to fix in your dashboard and you can resubmit straight away.
Candidates apply on the SparkHire website. Our recruiters screen each application against your job and share shortlisted profiles with you, with the candidates’ consent. You can see how many applications each job has received in your dashboard.
Yes. From your dashboard you can edit a job, close it when the role is filled, reopen it later or delete it. Edits to a live job are reviewed again before the changes appear.
Up to 25 jobs can be live or in review at the same time. If you’re hiring at a larger scale, talk to us about recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
Direct employers with a genuine, registered business operating in India. Staffing and recruitment agencies are welcome to contact us about partnerships, but can’t post jobs for unnamed clients.
Never. SparkHire does not charge candidates for applications, interviews or placements, and jobs that ask candidates for money are removed. This keeps our job board trusted, which means better applicants for you.
